Here's a quick 3-step process to reset your password:

Instructions:

  • Click on 'Forgot Password?' on the sign-in page

  • This will send you to the screen below where you can enter your email in the Username field. Then click on the "Recover Password" button to receive a password reset link in your inbox.

NOTE: You can send a password reset link to the email address or phone number used to log in.

  • Once done, you will receive an email with instructions to reset your password. Below is an example of what that email will look like.
