How do I set up my password to log in?

Here's how to get started as a new user to set up your password and log in to Swept.

Welcome to Swept! 

You're invited to use Swept to track your cleaning hours, access cleaning locations, and stay in touch with your manager for any problems or missing supplies. Your first step is setting up your password.

How to set up a password as a new user?

Before creating your Swept account, make sure that you have received an invitation email or text with a link to set up your password. If you have not received an email/text, please connect with your Manager or Supervisor first.

You'll receive an email or SMS like these , welcoming you to Swept:

User invite SMS

Once you set your password, download the app for iOS or Android. You'll be able to log in with your Username, which is the email address or phone number where you received the invitation.

If you do not see the invite email in your inbox, don't forget to check your SPAM folder.

Signing in

After setting your password, you can log in by using either your email address or phone number and password.

Forgot Password

Forgot your password? No worries.

You can request a password reset email by clicking on the "Forgot password?" link. The link is located below the Sign In button on the Sign In page.

This will send you to a screen where you can enter your email in the Username field. Then click on the "Send Email" button to receive a password reset link in your inbox.

You can send a password reset link to the email address or phone number used to log in.
