How do I use Cleaning Checklists during my shift?

How to see your Checklist from the Schedule screen?
- Sign in to Swept.
- Go to your Today Schedule view and clock in to your shift.
- When you clock in, you will see the number of checklists required for the shift.
- Click Clock In.
- Once clocked in, you can complete the Checklists by going to the Location Details page or when you clock out.

How to access different types of Checklists: available, in progress, and completed
- Go to Locations, and select the Location you're looking for.
- Scroll down to the Checklists widget.
- Click Start to begin a Checklist, or View All to see all available checklists.
- If you View All, there will be three tabs: Available, In Progress, and Completed.
Available
- A list of available Checklists will appear in the Available tab.
- Any Checklists assigned to you will appear under Required.
- Optional Checklists will appear under Non-Required.
- Tap Start on the checklist you want to complete.
- Tap the circle to the left of a task when it's complete.
- When the Checklist is complete, tap Add Notes Here to provide additional comments.
- Review your Checklist. Tap Complete Checklist when complete. A popup will ask you to confirm, click Yes.
- If you need to save the Checklist and complete it later, then tap the Back button and a Save Progress popup will appear. Click Yes to save.
In Progress
- A list of Checklists you saved will appear in the In Progress tab.
- Any Checklists that have been assigned to you for your shift will appear under Required.
- Optional Checklists will appear under Non-Required.
- Tap Continue on the checklist you want to complete.
Completed
- A list of Checklists you have completed will appear in the Complete tab.
- Any Checklists that have been assigned to you for your shift will appear under Required.
- Optional Checklists will appear under Non-Required.
- Tap View to see a checklist you previously completed.
You can view available and completed Checklists when you aren't clocked into a shift.
- Select the Location and click the View All button under Checklists within the Location.
- Select the Available or Complete tab. In the list of Checklists you can click View to view your available checklist but you will be unable to complete a checklist until you Clock in to a location.

How to close Checklists when you Clock Out?
- After Clocking into a shift, a red Stop button will appear. Tap this button when you want to clock out.

- If the Checklist has not been started, tap Start to begin.
- If the Checklist is in progress, tap Continue.
- If the Checklist has been completed, you will see it as Completed.Checklists that you have been assigned will appear.
- When you clock out, you have the option to report a problem. If you are unable to complete your Checklist, enter your information.
- Tap Clock Out. If you realize you do not want to clock out yet, then tap Save.
NOTE: Checklists are NOT mandatory to clock out of your shift.
How to use Work Order Instructions?
- Clock in to your Work Order shift, which will be marked with a 'work order' tag when you clock in.
- After clocking in, return to the schedule page and select the notepad icon (🗒) located next to 'Clock Out,' as shown below.
- This displays the Work Order Instructions provided by your Manager for that shift.
