Getting started with Swept

Use Swept to view your schedule, clock-in, and send messages to your team or supervisor. Cleaning teams rely on Swept to make inspections and day-to-day operations easy.

Swept helps you track hours, view your shifts, and report problems at cleaning locations. You can request supplies and review your checklists all in one location. Each day you're onsite Swept will help you with:

  • Scheduling: Check your schedule information and clock into shifts.
  • Locations: See cleaning instructions, security information, and cleaning checklists. Request supplies if they're low.
  • Alerts: Get updates on new messages and shifts.
  • Inbox: Send messages to your team at each location, or a send a direct message to your manager.

Schedule

Your manager will assign shifts. At the job site you can clock in for tracking your hours and breaks. 

Locations

In the locations section you can clock in and out, review cleaning instructions, security information, checklists, and request supplies.

Cleaning Instructions

  • Under Instructions click on Read instructions to view the cleaning instructions for the location:
 

Security Information

  • Click on Security info, then enter the four-digit PIN provided by your manager:

  • Different locations may have different checklists. Use checklists to track your tasks:

Request Supplies

  • Running low? You can request new supplies from your company:

 

Inbox

Send and read messages. Contact your teammates or supervisor.

Me

Click on Me to access your personal settings, cleaning hours, and get help with support information.

Settings

Access your Settings to change languages:

  • Select Settings
  • Choose Spanish from the drop-down menu
  • Click Done and Save

Cleaning Hours

  • Use Cleaning Hours to view the hours you have worked. You can see both the current and previous pay periods. Click the arrows to go back and forward through your cleaning hours.

Support Information

  • Use Support to access your company's phone number and email. The Support Center will answer frequently asked questions and show you how to use Swept.

Sign Out

  • Sign out of Swept. Log back in with your email/phone number and password.

Forgot Password

  • You can request a password reset through email or SMS. Click on the Forgot Password option located below the Sign-In button. Password reset links can be sent to your email address or phone number for your convenience.
